Who we are

This site is operated by Akeem (KeemAI), Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Contact: hello@keemsai.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.

What we collect

• Email address — when you register through a signup form on this site (for example, to get Archon free or join a waitlist).
• Messages you send us — the Collaborate form opens your own email client; we receive your message as ordinary email. Nothing from that form is stored on this site.

We collect nothing else: this site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking scripts, and serves its fonts locally from its own files.

Why we use your email (and our lawful basis)

• To deliver what you asked for — e.g. the download link for Archon, or a waitlist update. Basis: performance of a contract / steps taken at your request.
• To send our newsletter and product updates — only if you ticked the consent box and confirmed your subscription. Basis: your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and PECR). You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes your data

Our email list is hosted by Buttondown (a US-based email service provider acting as our processor under a data protection agreement). Buttondown stores your email address and subscription preferences, and handles subscription confirmations and unsubscribe requests. It does not sell your data or use it for its own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep the minimum record needed to respect that choice (so we don't email you again by mistake).

Your rights

• Unsubscribe — one click, from the link at the bottom of any email we send.
• Access, correction, erasure — email hello@keemsai.com and we will action it promptly.
• Complain — you may contact the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've mishandled your data. We'd rather you told us first so we can fix it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
